    Booking conditions
    1. The reservation is considered guaranteed after making an advance payment in the amount of 100% of the tariff for 3 nights of stay in the normal and high seasons, the final calculation is made on the day of the Client's arrival at the hotel. In the New Year season, the amount of advance payment to guarantee a reservation is 50% of the cost of staying at the hotel.
      * If the advance payment is not made within 3 (three) working days from the day of invoicing, the reservation may be cancelled.
    2. In the event of a no-arrival warning less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, a fine of 100% of the accommodation rate for 1 day is waived. In the event of a warning of non-arrival less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, a fine of 100% of the accommodation rate for 2 days is removed. In case of non-arrival without notice or notice of non-arrival on the day of arrival, a fine in the amount of 100% of the accommodation rate for 3 days or the full amount of prepayment is deducted. The remaining funds will be credited to the Client's permanent account with the possibility of further use.

    4. Funds are non-refundable during the New Year season.
    5. Refunds are made within 3 months from the date of writing the refund application.
    6. The number of extra beds and rooms in which they are provided is determined by the hotel administration.
    7. Early check-in (before 14:00) / late check-out (after 12:00) are possible by prior arrangement and are charged at 50% per night.
    8. Children under the age of five stay free of charge (excluding accommodation and meals).
