Hotel rules
- The number of additional beds and the rooms in which they are provided are determined by the hotel administration.
- Children under 6 years old stay at the hotel for free.
- For children over 6 years old! an additional seat is required!
- Discounts, discount programs and promotional offers are not valid during the New Year season.
- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
- In case of damage to the property of the hotel complex, you are obliged to compensate for the cost of the damage in accordance with the Price List.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings left outside the safe.
- Accommodation with dogs up to 10 kg is possible. Payment per day – 500 UAH (additionally, signing of an accompanying document is required)
- Upon check-in, a deposit of UAH 1,000.00 and UAH 2,000.00 for cottages is required, which can be used for bar, summer bar, laundry, ironing, and mini-bar services.
- For the loss of a key card, a compensation of UAH 250 is provided!
