Payment and returns
Payment and return terms:
- The reservation is considered guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the rate for 3 days of stay in high season and for 1 day of stay in regular season, the final payment is made on the day of the Guest's arrival at the hotel. During the New Year season, the prepayment to guarantee the reservation is 50% of the cost of accommodation at the hotel.
* If the prepayment is not made within 3 (three) business days from the date of invoice, the reservation may be canceled.
- In case of no-show notification less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty of 1 day's accommodation fee is waived. In case of no-show notification less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty of 2 days' accommodation fee is waived. In case of no-show without notification or no-show notification on the day of arrival, a penalty of 3 days' accommodation fee is waived. The remaining funds can be refunded or credited to the Guest's permanent account for further use.
- In case of early departure, a penalty of 1 night's accommodation will be charged. The remaining funds can be refunded or credited to the Guest's permanent account for further use.
- During the New Year season, funds are not refundable.
- Refunds are made within 1-3 months from the date of writing the refund application.
- Early check-in (from 05:00 to 14:00)/ late check-out (after 12:00 to 20:00) – possible by prior arrangement and are paid in the amount of 50% of the accommodation rate for one day.
- Children under 6 years old stay free of charge. Children over 6 years old must pay for an extra bed.
- Discounts, discount programs and promotional offers are not valid during the New Year season.
- Fees for unused services (meals, use of the SPA center and medical services) within each tariff are non-refundable.
- A tourist tax of UAH 17.30 per person per day is additionally charged to the room rate.
