YOGA

– working with the physical body is connected with the art of understanding inner harmony. Yoga can comprehensively improve health, well-being, self-esteem, get rid of insomnia and change your thinking. Yoga classes are your chance to keep your body in good physical and spiritual condition.
Classes will help you strengthen your back, make your body more flexible and resilient; normalize your sleep, feel lightness in your body; strengthen your nervous system, and work out blocks in your body.
Training level, age, and gender do not matter. You can start practicing without basic knowledge, skills, and abilities.

PILATES

– is a type of fitness that has been called “mental fitness”, “smart body” and which refers to intellectual fitness. The system of exercises by George Pilates is aimed at improving the functioning of the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular and lymphatic systems, strengthening the stabilizer muscles that hold the spine, improving the sense of balance and one's body in space, coordination, strength and muscular endurance.

AQUA AEROBICS

– is an effective training program in water. All classes are accompanied by music, which makes the lessons emotional and bright. Doing aqua aerobics means bringing your body closer to ideal shape, making it more beautiful and functional. Aqua aerobics classes are quite simple. They are suitable for everyone, regardless of gender, age and experience in sports.
Our professional trainers will find an approach to everyone - they will help you find the optimal level of load, and will ensure that you get not only results, but also pleasure from the process.
What level of physical fitness is required?
Your level of fitness doesn't matter. Our experienced trainers have developed programs for guests of all ages and levels of fitness. After a consultation, the trainer will select a program individually for each guest!
Is it necessary to be able to swim to do aqua aerobics?
It is not necessary to be able to swim to take part, as the classes are held with special equipment and at a comfortable depth in the pool.
Do I need to take special training uniforms with me on vacation?
For aqua aerobics and visiting the aqua zone, take a swimsuit, and for yoga and Pilates, your favorite sports suit that does not restrict your movements.
